Care

Delivery and returns

Each DROP piece is handmade. Preparation generally takes 2–4 business days and may vary with the complexity of the order and order volume. Returns are accepted within 14 days in accordance with the store policy; legal exceptions apply to personalised products and eligible hygiene-sensitive items.
