Returns and refunds policy

This policy applies to purchases made from DROP and follows Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 and the applicable legal guarantee rules.

1. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. Send an unequivocal request to contact@drop-shop.ro before the deadline.

2. Exceptions

Personalised or made-to-order products cannot be returned. Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, including pierced earrings after unsealing, are also excluded where permitted by law.

3. Return conditions

Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned with their original packaging, labels, accessories and documents. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

4. Return procedure

Email contact@drop-shop.ro for the return address and instructions, then dispatch the parcel within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is non-conforming or the wrong item was delivered.

5. Refunds and defective goods

After inspection, eligible refunds are issued using the original payment method, subject to the statutory deadlines. For damaged, defective or incorrect products, contact us promptly with the order number and relevant photographs.
