Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes certain data on our behalf and for its own purposes as described in its privacy documentation.
Data we process
Identification and contact details, delivery and billing addresses, account data, order and payment information, communications, device and browsing data, and marketing preferences. We do not store complete bank-card details.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to process and deliver orders, issue invoices, provide support, manage accounts, comply with legal obligations, secure the store, prevent fraud and, with consent where required, send marketing communications.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be shared only as necessary with Shopify, payment processors, couriers, accounting, IT and marketing providers, public authorities and professional advisers. Appropriate safeguards are used for transfers outside the European Economic Area.
Retention and your rights
We retain data only for as long as required by the stated purposes and legal obligations. You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and may withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data-protection authority (ANSPDCP).
